Stonewater Properties LLC was founded in 2009 by Ron Sachs in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the landscape industry at the time, Ron brought a wealth of practical knowledge to the company. While working for a premier high-end landscape design-build firm in central New Jersey, he earned his degrees in Landscape Design and Ornamental Horticulture from the University of Rhode Island.

In 2014, Ron’s brother, Drew (Andrew) Sachs, officially joined the team after completing his degree in Environmental Horticultural and Turfgrass Management, also from the University of Rhode Island. Together, the brothers combine their expertise in design, horticulture, and turf management to deliver exceptional landscape services.
